Today I got a call from Lindsay Webb. Lindsay is in her 3rd term on Toledo City Council as a District 6 representative. Lindsay is passionate about the neighborhoods she serves. And in this episode she shares some of things that brings her hope as she looks at the current state of our city.
Today I got a call from Adam Mahler. I think Adam has such an important posture in his business and it’s one that I think is a part of the common good. I always love hearing about how Adam works with wine makers and consumer and everyone who has worked with him finds the humanity he puts into his work quite refreshing. Whether its googling his TEDx Toledo talk from a few years ago, or signing up for the next event he is apart of… I hope you get to know him and his work.
Today I got a call from Jordan Justice. Jordan is a very close friend of mine and is also the Board President at The Toledo Bicycle Coalition where he works with all types of bike advocates throughout our city to make Toledo more bike friendly and ultimately create the type of city where he would like to raise his family. The TBC website says “The Toledo Bicycle Coalition inspires people to bicycle and advocates for a city where everyone feels comfortable riding.” - Make sure to check it out and follow along with their work, ok?
Today I got a call from Kevin Mullan. If you know Kevin, you know exactly why it was a good idea for me to reach out and get his advice on almost every aspect of this podcast idea. I’m glad I did. This conversation is about how this podcast came to be and we get in to what I hope it will become.
